Terms & Conditions1. Supply of goods subject to these conditions
The supply of goods by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies to any buyer as buyer’s agent (‘’the buyer’’) shall be subject to and conditional upon acceptance by the buyer of these Conditions of Supply which shall apply notwithstanding any purported waiver, expressed or implied, by or on behalf of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies. Where there is any conflict between the Conditions of Supply and any other condition sought to be imposed by the buyer then these Conditions of Supply shall prevail, unless such other condition has been specifically agreed to in writing by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders.
2. Passing of Risk
The risk in the goods supplied shall pass to the buyer on delivery into the buyer’s possession or on delivery to the buyer’s carrier or agent or the place of delivery nominated by the Buyer and St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage occurring thereafter.
Claims for returned goods can only be accepted in accordance with the following policy.
If for any reason the buyer is not fully satisfied with the purchase St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies will gladly refund or exchange for another product, if the buyer returns it as purchased together with the receipt within 30 days. As expected any product can be returned except made-to-measure garments, cut fabrics or goods specially manufactured to the buyer’s instructions. These can only be accepted for return if faulty. No claims can be accepted unless contact is made with customer services and a goods return notice is completed and a receipt is obtained from the carrier. Credit will not be issued for returned Goods, which, in the opinion of St John Ambulance Cymru Supplies, are in an unsaleable condition. Goods of a type not normally held in stock, and therefore specially ordered, are non-returnable.
4. Damage or Loss of Goods
Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods prior to the passing of risk in the goods will only be accepted by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies if the buyer notifies St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies in writing within seven days of delivery in the case of damage, or ten days from the date of invoice in the case of loss or non-delivery.
Title in the goods supplied shall remain with St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies until full payment has been received by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies for all monies due in respect of goods. All goods delivered to the buyer may be removed from the buyer’s premises by the seller at any time after the due date of payment has been passed.
All prices quoted by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies are subject to alteration without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies or stated expressly in the form of tender issued by the buyer. No representation on price can be made on behalf of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies and the price ruling will be that applicable on the date of dispatch.
At any given time, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced, We do, however, verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If we discover that an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

7. Value Added Tax (VAT)
Prices are exclusive of VAT which is charged extra in accordance with tax regulations.
For invoicing purposes St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies will require the buyer, if eligible, to furnish evidence of exemptions of zero rating from VAT.
Where products are manufactured and adapted to the buyer’s own specification St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies accepts no responsibility as regards to the fitness for purpose of the products so supplied, and those goods are non returnable for credit without specific prior written agreement. The suitability of any product’s intended use is the customer’s responsibility and in the event of a substantiated claim the obligation of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies shall be to replace such quantity of the goods proven to be defective and no consequential loss can be accepted by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies no matter how incurred.
(a) St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the late delivery of goods by its agents’ carriers due to any cause whatsoever. Any delivery time or date for despatch or delivery date which St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies may specify is accordingly an estimate only. St John Ambulance Cymru Supplies will seek to achieve delivery dates specified as far as it is within its power to do so.
(b) St John Ambulance Cymru Supplies accept no liability under any circumstances for any goods considered damaged in transit unless such damage is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods
(c) Goods ordered may be delivered by instalments at the discretion of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies. Where delivery is made in instalments, delay in delivering one or more instalments shall not entitle the buyer to refuse to accept any remaining instalments. Each instalment shall be separately invoiced and paid in accordance with Condition 10 and payment for each instalment shall be a condition of delivery of subsequent instalments.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland, for delivery to such locations please contact customer services.
Payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies and the buyer, for goods supplied on credit, shall be due 30 days from the date of the invoice issued by St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies. If the buyer fails to settle the invoice on the due date the buyer may be required, at the discretion of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies, to pay interest on the amount outstanding at the rate of 2% per month compounded at the end of each month. For the avoidance of doubt, such a remedy is in addition to the rights of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies either take legal action for the amount outstanding, including any interest due, or to repudiate the contract and repossess the goods in accordance with condition 5.
The copyright in all catalogues, documents, books and all intellectual rights incorporated in any supply to the customer shall remain the property of St. John Ambulance Cymru Supplies.
12. Technical Information
Description, specification and other technical information in the catalogue is supplied to us by third parties and should be used as a guide rather than a guarantee that the goods will conform in absolute detail to the descriptions, specifications and illustrations published. We reserve the right to amend specifications and withdraw items from the catalogue without notice.
13. Country of Origin
Unless otherwise stated, nothing in the catalogues is to be taken as a representation of origin of manufacture or production of the goods or any part thereof.
